WINGS 2014 is run to provide a programme for young people aged between 10-18. Whilst we will facilitate parents volunteering by accepting younger children onto site they must not impede the volunteers ability to complete the role they are volunteering for.  We have set the fee at the minimum level possible where the extra cost of having that child on site is covered.
 
Unit leader’s children
 
Unit Leaders may bring their own children but they will fall under the responsibility of the unit leader. There will be no childcare facilities for leader’s children.
 

• Under 1 year – no charge. There will be no special facilities for infants, food and entertainment will not be provided.
• 1- 4 years – £30. Food will be provided and a suitable participant pack will be provided (i.e. WINGS 2014 scarf etc).
• 5-10 years – £50. Food will be provided and a suitable participant pack will be provided (i.e. WINGS 2014 scarf etc).
• 10 years + – children of this age must be registered as participants and pay the participant fee.

 
Staff children
 
Staff must be able to carry out their role

• 5-10 years – £75. The kids’ club will be open to children who fall into this catagory.  The kids’ club will run throughout the day beteern 8am and 6pm providing a range of activities each day. The cost of this is being subsidised by the event. Food will be provided and a suitable participant pack will be provided (i.e. WINGS 2014 scarf etc).
• 10 years + – children of this age must be registered as participants and pay the participant fee.

The fees for all children should be paid by the 30th April 2014.
