• £220 including early payment discount*. The fee includes the cost of all activities, all food and the use of all services and facilities. Units will just need to provide their own tents and cooking equipment.
  • * The participant fee is £220 if paid before 30 April 2014, afterwards it is £230. To qualify for the early payment discount all participants in a single Group or Unit must pay before 30 April 2014.
• Unit Leaders – £135 includes entertainment, all food and the use of all services and facilities.
• Everyone will receive a welcome pack including souvenir items.
• The camp fees will be payable in a staged manner.
  • A £100 Unit deposit plus an approximate indication of numbers is required once registration opens to secure the places.
  • A first stage payment of £60 per participant and £40 per leader will be due by 18th October 2013.
  • A second stage payment of £60 per participant and £40 per leader will be due by 31st January 2014.
  • The remaining balance per person will be due by 30th April 2014 to benefit from the early payment discount.

Could put your groups name as reference (same as registered) and it would help if the numbers on the registration website matches the amount paid ie  £40 per leader and £60 per participant, any information like that will help us to allocate quickly. Finance will be sending email receipts/confirmations .
