Staff Areas
Below is a brief introduction to the different teams working at WINGS 2014.
- Finance team – in addition to managing the Finances for WINGS they are responsible for the teams selling food, drinks and clothing to all of our hungry and thirsty guests
- HR team – helping to coordinate over 1000 staff members, including staff communication and services
- Unit Food Distribution team – making sure all units have meet all of the food requirements and have enough food to cook for every meal
- Welfare team – lending a supportive ear to anyone who may have a problem on camp, is homesick or anyone who just needs to see a friendly face
- Site Operations and Infrastructure team – keeping the campsite running, from building infrastructure to keeping the site safe and secure. and running staff catering
- Programme and Events team – keeping all of our participants entertained throughout WINGS week, including running survival challenges, circus skills, exciting crafts and many more!
- Participant Experience team – making sure all the participants have the best WINGS experience possible, including running the WINGS Challenge award, ensuring the smooth running of subcamps and much more.
